Shells

This is the half drop pattern created on photoshop. It has a distinctive diagonal pattern running parallel  through out it.

Using a more detailed stamp block, in a paler colour to soften the image and adding a coloured background to create the shell pattern block.

This is the original piece of work scanned in so work to edit. After drawing and shading using ink, I free stitched embroidered it on the domestic sewing machines. After cropping and uploading to Photoshop I played around with the filters to get these effects.......

This was my original scanned image, un-cropped and un-edited. I did this piece of work in another class using a marbling technique on fabric.
